Last week our language assistant, Amanda McGough, gave a lecture to our 3rd graders about her home town.

NOVEMBER CONTEST: Miguel de Cervantes y Don Quijote de la Mancha

Este año se celebra el IV Centenario de la publicación de la segunda parte de "El Ingenioso caballero Don Quixote de la Mancha" por esta razón, hemos pensado que quién mejor para empezar el concurso de escritores que nuestro querido Don Miguel de Cervantes. 

Esperamos que os divirtáis investigando sobre uno de los mejores escritores de la literatura universal y que os animéis a acercaros a la biblioteca del centro y leer esta magnífica novela. 

Recordad que tenéis hasta el día 30 de noviembre para responder el cuestionario.

Nuevo curso

Comienza un nuevo curso cargado de novedades y concursos...

Retomamos nuestro concurso mensual de escritores. Este año os animamos a investigar sobre Miguel de Cervantes, C.S. Lewis, Alexandre Dumas, Cecilia Böhl de Faber, Sue Townsend, La Fontaine y Juan Valera. 

Os animaremos a sacar los lápices para el concurso de marcapáginas, que este año se centrará en la fantástica novela "Alice in Wonderland". ¿A que entran ganas de dibujar?

Continuaremos trabajando el Currículo Integrado de las Lenguas e incorporaremos Ciencias Naturales, Ciencias Sociales y Ética a algunos de nuestros proyectos. 

Nos planteamos organizar un concurso para que diseñeis un logotipo para el Proyecto Bilingüe. ¿Os apetece?

2014 - 2015 AWARD CEREMONY

Here it is the list of this 2014-15 winners. A ceremony will be held next Tuesday 23rd June at 10.30 in the library. Although nobody answered correctly all ten questions for Jules Vernes and J.K. Rowling Contests, we decided to reward the two best students.
